Independent estate agent with over 12 years in the industry, spanning high-end London developments through to running her own personal agency in Kent. Siân has worked across customer care, sales, lettings and branch management, and now specialises in delivering a true 1-2-1 service. She'll share how going independent reshapes the client experience, and the business behind it.
Sarah Gabb
Estate agent covering Goffs Oak and the surrounding villages, operating under the TAUK personal agency model. With an ACCA accountancy background underpinning her approach, Sarah brings a sharp commercial mind to estate agency alongside the relationship-led service her clients know her for.
